Welcome to my website, in 2018 i changed my life!

I had tried to lose weight through exercise and thinking i was eating healthy but in fact i was just gaining month on month.

Without doubt the sugar in all the cereals, fruit, 4 slices of bread with chicken /ham etc for lunch(which is equivalent to approx 2 snickers bars) and the rice, pasta etc for dinner was destroying me.

I found Keto at the end of 2017 and decided i would study it and weigh up the positives and negatives. In March 2018 there was no doubt in my mind i was giving this a shot.

The health benefits are mind blowing and the net result for me as of today 10-03-2018, is i am 3.5 stone lighter and getting very close to my goal weight.
