Below is how i live since i started my keto/low carb lifestyle journey on 17th March 2018 after months of research.

First couple of weeks or so i started with 3 meals per day and NO snacks (spikes insulin). Also i would use 1 tablespoon of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar (Amazon) in a 250ml glass of water with some Himalayan rock salt and squeeze of fresh lemon juice, 30 mins before a meal. Don't worry it is a faff at first buying new items but it becomes second nature and they last a long time.

Breakfast Ideas

2 Boiled Eggs, Coffee (try do fresh with 100% Arabica Beans) with 1 tablespoon of Fresh Organic Double Cream (Sainsbury SO Organic is what i have)

Lunch

3 cups Organic Spinach/Kale mix, for the Kale i put in a cullinder and pour hot water over to partially cook/clean. Then swill in cold water to cool and add to the base of my salad with the spinach and cover with some of my home made dressing made from extra virgin organic olive oil 2 tablespoons, 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (you don't need to have the acv pre meal if making this) tumeric, cayenne pepper, himalayan rock salt and ground black pepper.

1 red pepper (3xmore vitamin C than an orange without the sugar), 2-3oz chicken or steak, pork etc, 1 boiled egg, celery stick, 5 slices cucumber, 5 cherry tomatoes, and sprinkled with crumbled organic feta cheese.
